We provide prompt, reliable support for servers, network infrastructure (LAN and WAN), applications, back up solutions, enterprise-wide virus protection and thin client solutions so that customers can focus on their businesses. Our services are available on a 24x7 basis and are priced competitively.

The majority of our support is done via a broadband network connection between our office and the customer's (such as DSL, T-1 or cable modem) which enables us to respond instantaneously in many cases. Often times, we are able to address and solve a problem within the same originating telephone call from the customer. 

We also use online services to facilitate the support process. This is the same service which is used by software suppliers and help desks including Intuit (Quickbooks and Turbo Tax), Microsoft Great Plains Business Solutions, Baylor University College of Medicine and Siemens Business Services. This firewall friendly service enables us to share the desktop of the customer's workstation so that we can provide hands-on assistance in an efficient manner.

User forum and FAQ's 

CySolutions has developed an interactive user forum , with a searchable database of messages that enables all users of applications sold or supported by CySolutions to get answers to questions, exchange ideas, discuss products and make suggestions to those that share the same goals and objectives for managing your practice. Users that sign up for the forum and post questions, can have responses automatically emailed to them. CySolutions will be a contributor to the creation of informative posts and answers to questions. Issues that have broad appeal will be incorporated into a searchable database of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's) that will be available to those that sign up for the service. You do not have to be a customer of CySolutions in order to join. However, you should be a user of one of the products that CySolutions markets or supports.
