CPS 2006 & PM 2004: How can I find the Medicare and Medicaid write-ups, by clinic?

To generate a report that displays write-ups by clinic:

1. From the main menu, click Reports.
2. Expand the Reports folder.
3. Expand the UDS Reports folder.
4. Click UDS Schedule 9 - Charges & Payments.
5. Ensure the following criteria is included:
• For Group by, select Insurance Carrier.
• Select the appropriate FQHC procedures.
• For Bad Debt Adjustments, select the adjustments you need. For multiple adjustments, press and hold the Ctrl key and click the adjustments you want.
• For Sliding Fee Adjustments, select the adjustments you need. Use Ctrl+Click to select multiple adjustments.
6. Click the Preview icon or select File > Preview from the menu.

The report displays a column under Medicare and Medicaid for Contractual Adjustments and another set of columns for FQHC Charges and FQHC Adjustments. These are your write-up amounts.

Note: If you use PM 2004 and the report you select does not have the Bad Debt Adjustments and Sliding Fee Adjustments criteria, go to the CySolutions Report Store. Download UDS Schedule 9 R1 - Charges & Payments to your hard drive. From the Reports menu, select File > Load Report Package to select the report BIN file.
