Title X reports: How does the system know which visits are Title X?
The Title X reports look at visits with a primary diagnosis of V25.XX, V69.2, V72.4, V74.5, V72.40, and V72.41, plus one or more of the procedures in the visit that has one of these encounter types: MED, DEN, BH, SA, ES, or OP.
