PM 2004 & CPS 2006 - How do I enter the frequency code and TCN code for our FQHC NH Medicaid carrier?

Background...

I need to send replacement claims to our FQHC NH Medicaid carrier. The carrier told me to change the frequency code from 1 (original claim) to 7 (replacement) in the CLM segment (05) and enter their TCN (transaction control number) into the REF segment (02). A qualifier for it is not needed. Where in PM I do enter this data so that it will pull the correct information when I re-transmit the claims?

To change the frequency code in an institutional claim:

Open the visit and select the Visit Filing 1 tab. The frequency code is the last digit in the Type of Bill field.

To change the frequency code in a professional claim:

1. Open the visit and select the Visit Filing 1 tab.
2. Enter the frequency code in the Resubmission Code field.

To enter the TCN code:

1. Select the Visit Info tab.
2. Under Insurance Carrier Information, select the carrier and click Modify. The Modify Authorization/Referral window displays.
3. Enter the TCN code in the ICN field.
