The Clinical Management and Reporting System automatically transfers data from CySolutions supported Centricity Practice Management and Electronic Medical Record systems into the Patient Electronic Care System (PECSYS) chronic disease management application. Patient data is often collected and manually entered into PECSYS after the same data has already been entered into the Practice Management System. When laboratory and other electronic interfaces are available, they must be duplicated so that the data also populates PECSYS. The new interface eliminates that duplicate effort.
